Overview

This website is operated by Kirsten Norbury Art. By using this website and/or purchasing artwork from it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

Artwork Description

All paintings are original artworks unless otherwise stated.
We make every effort to display images and colours as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to screen settings. Minor variations in colour or scale do not constitute a fault.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs are listed separately and added at checkout or confirmed after purchase where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect orders already placed.

Orders & Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, we will contact you within 24–48 hours to confirm delivery details.

An order is not considered complete until payment has been received.

​

Shipping & Delivery

Paintings are carefully packed and dispatched in line with our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

Returns & Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

To be eligible for a return:

• The artwork must be returned in its original condition

• You are responsible for return shipping costs

• The artwork must be securely packaged

Refunds will be issued once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected.

​

Custom, commissioned, or personalised artworks are non-refundable unless damaged or faulty.

​

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

All artwork remains the intellectual property of Carolyn Watson Art.
Purchase of a painting does not transfer copyright.

Images of artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of artwork, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will only be used to fulfil orders and communicate with you.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
