Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with your purchase. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding refunds and returns.

Change of Mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your artwork.

To request a return:

  • You must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery

  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage

  • The artwork must be securely packaged to avoid damage in transit

Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged:

  • Commissioned or personalised artwork

Damaged or Faulty Artwork

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of:

  • The artwork

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a refund or replacement where appropriate.

Refund Method

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the artwork is faulty or damaged.

International Orders

For international orders, refund eligibility follows the same terms. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the artwork is faulty.
